• Question: Why o people make spelling mistakes?

      For many reasons — maybe they are not sure how to spell the words correctly, or are in a rush, or have some form of physical impairment or learning disability such as dyslexia.

      Because i don’t practice enough. I also leant how to read using phonics which is a known mechanism for reduced spelling ability.

      Reading lots helps with spelling!
