• Question: who saw the luner eclips

      Not me.

      I’m in the Arctic and the sun is above the horizon 24 hours a day at the moment. If the sun, earth and moon need to be in a line to get a lunar eclipse, it means that if the sun is up, the moon isn’t.

      We did get a nice solar eclipse here though… a few weeks back: http://kaira.sgo.fi/search/label/eclipse

      I didn’t see it, and until I saw some of the IMA questions, I wasn’t even aware that it had happened! 🙁

      I missed it because it was cloudy in Wales! But like Tim, I was impressed with the Google banner.
