Mine is liquid nitrogen. You have to keep it super cool to keep it in the liquid form as nitrogen biols at -196 degrees C! It’s really useful in the lab, I use it all the time to freeze dry things (freeze drying is how they remove all the water from food to take it up into space!)
I do lab tours for the general public in my department and I always show them the liquid nitrogen! I do demos where you make ice cream with it or freeze a banana and then use it to hammer a nail into a piece of wood!
