      Excellent question!

      But also hard to answer. I think there are a number of things that are important to be a good scientist (in no particular order): curiosity, a deep interest to discover new things and solve problems, passion, creativity, integrity, patience, open mindedness, intelligence(!), conscientious, the ability to challenge the status quo, luck….!

      What do you think makes a good scientist?
