Question: umm...the big bang theory says that everything began as one mass what do you think came before that? and do you believe in life on other planets???

Ok the way that I interpret the big bang theory is that it is a theory that describes the development of our universe. I think that before the big bang, the universe was there but is was a bit smaller, hotter, under more pressure and very high energy, and I think that atoms didn’t exist then. I look at the big bang as the event that created mass and when mass was born, so was the force of gravity. The big bang was a phase in the development of our universe when it rapidly expanded and cooled down. And there was a point where particles came together to form antimatter and matter. And the matter was attracted to itself because of gravity, so the plantets came together.

I think there is probably life on other planets. There is evidence of bacteria like lifeforms that existed on Mars so I think it is likely that these types of lifeforms exist on other planets. As for intelligent life – it’s hard because a part of me thinks that there must be life out there somewhere, but then how come we haven’t found it, how come they haven’t found us? The universe is impossibly huge so I guess there could be intelligent life out there…
