• Question: is there a way we can stop natural disasters?

      By their very nature, no. We can prepare for them though so that their impact is lessened. So not to build houses on flood plains, in earth quake zones, near volcanoes or where huricanes happen (Hertford, Hereford etc…).

      If we try and be more fair with our water to stop drought and famine that might help, then the loss of life or distruction would be less. It might mean though that we have to live closer to each other as we move to safer lands with more resources. Then we eventually come up against the rising population, more pepole in less space with less resources, so we may be able to stop that natural disaster if we really want to.
