We all have 6 packs (its a scientist thing), most are just covered by a layer of fat which stops you seeing the deffinition.

Exercise and a low fat diet

We all have abdominal muscles, it just depends on how much fat there is hiding them!

      Exercise, combined with a low-fat (low-calorie) diet.

You need to do training and exercise to get a six pack, and to reduce your fat intake.

Pilates is really good for building core muscles and toning the stomach area – but that’s kind of a girly exercise class I think!

I’ve just done a google search and here is a link for you to the Men’s Health website which shows you some exercises you can do at home to get a six pack!

      http://www.menshealth.co.uk/building-muscle/abs-workout/

The key thing with these home exercises is to do them everyday. You can’t just do it once or twice and expect to see a difference! So pick a time of day that you are going to do your exercises e.g. before your morning shower, and then do it! A lot of the exercises are like crunches I think where you are on your back, so you could pin some pictures of pretty ladies and six packs on your bedroom ceiling for inspiration and motivation!!! Haha!

Also join a club or something at school, get into a sport that you enjoy and you’ll see your overall fitness improve really quickly 🙂

To enhance the abdominal muscles, you need to train them. That usually means specific exercises like the others had said. These exercises also need to be repetitive and continual to see any effect.

You also need to get rid of the layer of fat, which again means controlling the diet and more exercise.

Body-builders sometimes train for many hours a day to achieve their muscle conditions. But this can also be damaging to health in other ways.

Models (male and female) sometimes promote body conditions that are actually too extreme and are not necessary for a healthy and fit life.
