      Listen and practice saying it out loud then record yourself and see how it sounds

      Speech trainers (for film and television) specifically listen for the differences in the sounds of different accents. This can apply to the vowels, melody, emphasis and rhythm of the language.

      Sometimes you can find computer programmes that will help turn the sentences into a form that lends itself to the correct accent. And there are lots of web pages too.
