Question: how do people get headaches

There are different types of headache but a tension headache, which is common, maybe caused by muscles surrounding the skull sqeezing the head and causing the pain. I said maybe because lots of things about headaches are unknown. Migranes which can be very severe maybe to do with blood vessels in the brain and how much blood they are carrying, to little and then there is pain. Sometimes if we have not taken on enough water (dehydrated) then the brain doesn’t get enough blood and we feel that as pain. Its a sign to start drinking some water!
