      Hiya Munaiba,

I went to the University of Edinburgh to study Chemistry.

Chemistry was my worst subject in school (I only got a C in Advanced Higher in Scotland which is like A level in England). But luckily I only needed 3 B grades to get into uni and I got As and Bs in my other classes.

College and uni are pretty much the same thing really. It just depends what job you want to do in the end. For science jobs the courses you need to study are mostly taught at universities.

I went to Uni in Birmingham, Uk but my A levels were at a further Education college rather than a 6th form

I did go to university a long time ago (check my profile), when I was still a student and learning. Some time later, I did some teaching at a Universtiy. These days, I visit universities for work… mostly to speak with other scientists who work there.

Hello, I went to university after I completed my A-levels in Physics, Chemistry and Maths in 1999 at my school (same secondary school all the way from 11 to 18). I had a gap year and then went to study Computer Science at the University of Bath in 2000.
